Weight Loss Advice for Women for Lasting Results

If there is only one Weight Loss Advice I can provide to my readers it is building a solid foundation of eating habits and physical activity that YOU can sustain for the long haul or for the rest of your life, which I will explain shortly.

Women are known in the past and certainly in the present time that they have and still take on more responsibilities and tasks than their counterparts--men do.

However, the difference between before and now, is that, women in the past were more physically active and consumed better choices of food than now.

My Personal Weight Loss Advice for women is…

Nutrition: Don’t eat fast food meals and prepare your home-cooked meals yourself, even if you have the family’s responsibilities and job obligations. Make it your priority.

Eating home prepared foods are usually better in order to provide your body with the nutrients that you truly need. And you tend to consume less than when you are buying a subway sandwich with white bread, chips (where you can eat 3 bags and still want more), and wash it down with soda, fake juice filled with all types of sugars and artificial color, and who knows what else.

Making the bulk of your prepared meals yourself, with fresh or frozen vegetables, a meat of your liking, eggs, and grain that is minimally processed is your first key to weight loss.

The other half of your solid foundation is taking care of yourself first, and yes before your family. You come first, then your family members will get better nutrition, and that I truly believe in.

What is the point “if Mommy is not happy with herself about things like, for example, her self-image, her self-confidence, her weight loss issues, and similar situations. Sooner or later it will affect the whole house.”

So decide to have a plan, and I am talking about a simple workout plan to execute everyday. Start with short exercise sessions twice a day something like this;

- A 10-minute workout the first thing in the morning and another 10-minute workout during evening time, and if you have children maybe after they go to sleep.

- Encourage your loved ones to exercise with you. And if you have a young child you can either take him/her with you for an outdoor and fresh-air workout, or let the child be entertained at home next to you, and you can perform your daily workout.

- And one more thing, be consistent even if you have had a bad day at work or at home, And think of yourself first, as your health and weight loss issues should take a front seat priority.
